Making your wedding day perfect

Everything starts with the gown but the huge range can seem daunting at first. This process can take a lot of time and so we have complied this guide to give you an idea what to expect at each stage along the way.

Finding your style

• Firstly you can browse our supplier's web sites, printing out the styles that catch your eye. You can find our gown links right  here and in the appropriate sections.

• Finally can come to one of our wedding shows where you can see the dresses worn by one of our many lovely models.

Booking your appointment

With your research done it's time to book your first appointment with us. You can book  by phoning us on (01472) 242996 or by coming into the shop.

You will need to allow at least an hour and a half for your first consultation. You will also need to bring any printouts from our website, hand outs from our shows or anything else that shows us what your looking for in your gown

We have noticed a trend amongst larger ladies to delay this step. However we do have sample gowns in store above a size 24 and we can order up to a size 32 in certain ranges.

Discovering the gown of your dreams

At your appointment we will begin to direct you though the maze of wonderful gowns by firstly considering the information you brought with you. Once we have established your taste we can then find the gowns that you like but also have the cut that best compliments your figure.

Together we should be able to find the gown of your dreams, but please remember it's our job to show you the possibilities but the decisions are yours to make.

Time to think

Once you have made your decisions we'll now leave you to sleep on your choices. If there is anything you are not happy with then simply book another appointment with us and we will go over your choices again.

There is nothing more important to us than for you to be happy on your big day so please feel free to come back and talk to us about any of your concerns before you place your order.

Placing your order

When we've found your gown we can then place your order. We will measure you then order the gown in the size closest to those measurements. Any necessary alterations are included in your price and will be carried out after delivery.

We will also discuss your payments options at this point. We accept most major credit/debit cards.

Now that sounds simple enough, but when should you start?

You can begin the process whenever you wish; however, we prefer to order no later than SIX MONTHS before the wedding. Special arrangements can sometimes be made and gowns can be ready in a remarkable short time but this requires nerves of steel and should only be undertaken when absolutely necessary.
